Schlumberger Technology Corporation is seeking site plan approval, with waiver relief, for its proposed expansion of its Princeton Technology Center facility at 20 Wallace Road.  The property is 13.127 ac. in size, and it has frontage along both Wallace Road and Princeton-Hightstown Road.  An 11,531 s.f. addition to the second floor of the main Princeton Technology Center building is proposed, as are small additions of 665 s.f. and 370 s.f., respectively, to two other existing buildings.  A new small building of 882 s.f. is also proposed, as are various site improvements (e.g., sidewalks, lighting and landscaping).  Waiver relief is being requested from strict compliance with township off-street parking and off-street loading space requirements
