Second Amended Preliminary/Final Major Site Plan
U.S. Route 1; Block 8, Lots 7, 8, 10.01 & 10.02

Applicant seeks to amend preliminary/ final site plan memorialized March 22, 2006 for a 160-room six-story hotel and 128,414 square foot corporate office park (four office buildings; 2-two stories, 2-one story). Block 8, Lots 7 and 8 consists of 63.8 acres between 3490 and 3504 Route 1. Ingress and egress will be via access roads to both Route 1 and Meadow Road, to be located in an access easement provided through Lots 10.01 (currently Lot 10.03) and 10.02. Applicant also seeks to construct the access road through the easement. The approved plan provides for 849 parking spaces.
6. *ORDINANCE REVIEW: Preliminary Signage Ordinance Review:
John Madden, Consultant Planner, will provide the Planning Board
with an overview of signage issues in West Windsor, the first in a series of
planning studies on signage control in West Windsor.
