Princeton Overlook Realty L.L.C. is requesting a two (2) year extension of its amended final site plan approval for a 280,000sf, two-office building planned development known as Princeton Overlook. The 20 acre property is located a few hundred feet south of Alexander Road between Route 1 (Southbound) and Canal Pointe Boulevard. One of the two buildings (Overlook I ) is built and occupied. The second building (Overlook II ) is a 4 story, 72 foot tall mirror image of  Overlook I.  There will a total of 942 parking spaces after Overlook II is completed.

The Renaissance at West Windsor, a neighborhood of 156 single-family detached retirement homes located on Old Trenton Road near Dorchester Drive, proposes site amenity changes. These changes include the addition of fitness equipment to the proposed trail system and trail system improvements, the addition of a floating dock and observation patio at the retention pond, the addition of an amphitheater in lieu of the proposed putting green, and an increase in landscaping volume along the drainage easement.
