Boston Properties, L.P., seeks minor site plan approval in order to construct a terrace/patio area adjacent to a previously-approved 4-story, 112,000-square-foot office building with 400 parking stalls on property designated on the tax maps of the Township of West Windsor as Block 7.13, Lot 12.03.  This minor site plan application is a condition of the previous approval for the office building, which was granted by the Township of West Windsor Planning Board on November 28, 2007, and memorialized by resolution on January 30, 2008 (PB07-07).
