Applicant seeks an amendment to the P-1 Zone to permit a new “Planned Neighborhood Center” and conceptual review of a site plan to permit construction of a 23,806 sq. ft. mixed use planned neighborhood center consisting of one 1-story and one 2-story mixed-use commercial buildings and one free-standing bank with a drive-thru.  The applicant has purchased five residential lots, consisting of a consolidated 3.9 acres, within the triangle of Princeton- Hightstown Road, McGetrick Lane and Southfield Road.
