A 112,000 square foot office building consisting of four (4) stories, approximately 56 feet in height is proposed to be constructed in Carnegie Center West – Phase C on a 71.06 acre lot.  The lot (Block 7.13, Lot 12.02) is located between Canal Pointe Boulevard and US Rt. 1, adjacent to the Princeton Overlook property.  This project also proposed to subdivide Lot 12.02 into two (2) lots, with Building 701 on a 6.85-acre lot, and the remaining lot at 64.21 acres.  A parking lot consists of 400 parking stalls, of which 8 handicapped stalls, 120 compact stalls, and 272 standard stalls, along with associated drainage and utility improvements are proposed for the project.  This application also seeks an amendment to the Preliminary “A” GDP.
