The United Jewish Federation of Princeton Mercer Bucks seeks preliminary and final site plan approval, design waiver approvals and submission waiver approvals in order to construct a community center consisting of offices, recreational facilities, a multi-purpose room, a day camp, an early childhood learning center, a health and fitness center and meeting rooms, along with 272 parking spaces and other site improvements, on a property of approximately 81.36 acres, in the ROR Industrial District, located on Clarksville Road and designated on the tax maps of the Township of West Windsor as Block 8, Lots 14 and 44.
