a) Review of report from Kevin Caruso on the recent audio and video problems that Member Michael Huey encountered during West Windsor Council meeting coverage for Channel 27

b) Board vote on three measures:

a. Formally forward the Plan for Channel 27 Volunteers to the GCC for review and comment.

b. Formally ask the Mayor to outline for the CTVAB planned concepts for the WW Emergency Management Plan communications and any role envisioned for Channel 27.

c. Formally ask the WW-P School District to report on the Municipal Room A audio improvement program goals and method to better understand the equipment purchases outlined by Kevin Causo.
