CHECKLIST FOR REQUIRED RESIDENTIAL INSPECTIONS

The owner or other responsible person in charge of work must notify this agency when work is ready for any required inspections. Requests for inspections must be made at least 24 hours prior to inspection. You must call the office before 4:30pm to have an inspection on the following day. Inspections will be performed within 3 business days. Every property to be inspected shall be properly identified or no inspection will be made. A complete copy of approved plans must be kept on the job site for the inspectors use. All required final inspections shall be made and approved and all prior approvals obtained in writing before an application for a certificate of occupancy will be accepted.
