On August 2, 2010, paving of Clarksville Road from CR 571 to North Post Road and a detour will begin.

On August 2, 2010, Mercer County will begin a project to repave Clarksville Road from County Route 571 (Hightstown Road) to North Post Road.  The project is anticipated to take two weeks, weather permitting.  To accommodate a narrow section of Clarksville road, traffic will be detoured in the eastbound direction (towards CR 571) between the hours of 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.  The detour will be a right turn onto North Post Road, a left turn onto Village Road West, and a left turn onto Penn Lyle Road (map).  The section of Clarksville Road between Penn Lyle Road and CR 571 is wide enough to accommodate two-way traffic.  Please plan accordingly and expect delays.
