The Municipal Court is open between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Township Prosecutor
The Township Prosecutor is appointed by the Mayor with advice and consent of Township Council. The Township Prosecutor participates in and prosecutes all cases in Municipal Court including all criminal and quasi-criminal matters and all complaints by Township officials, inspectors and directors.

Public Defender
The Public Defender is appointed by the Mayor with advice and consent of Township Council. The Public Defender serves as the defense attorney for any and all indigent defendants charged with a violation of any law, ordinance or regulation of a penal nature which could result in incarceration or substantial fine.
