Only those voters who have declared themselves as Democrat or Republican may vote in the Primary Election. Newly registered voters or voters who have NEVER declared may "declare" on Election Day and then vote as a Democrat or Republican.

	Voter Declaration of Party Affiliation Declaration must be filed by April 14, 2008
	Voter Registration Application Last day to register to vote or change address for Primary Election: May 13, 2008
	Absentee Ballot Application Deadline for recepit of absentee ballot application by County Clerk by mail: May 27, 2008. Last day absentee ballot applications may be submitted in person in the County Clerk's Office, up until 3:00 p.m.: June 2, 2008.

	Polling Place Hours for Primary Election: 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
