West Windsor Township leases this land from Mercer County Park Commission.
Dey Forest Park - This one-acre neighborhood park is located just off Cranbury Road, on Carlton Place. Planted with many pine trees, this park is named in tribute to Larry and Lollie Dey, who once farmed this and surrounding property.
Penn-Lyle Park - This 19.5 acre open space parcel, located on Penn-Lyle Road, is currently undeveloped.
Ron Rogers Arboreteum - Located at the corner of Hightstown Road (Rt.571) and Clarksville Road, across from West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South. The Arboretum, or garden of trees, was dedicated on Arbor Day 2000, in honor of Ronald R. Rogers, West Windsor’s own forester. Ron served on many shade tree and environmental groups in the Township and planted indigenous species of trees all around the Township. It was his vision to create a park where people could enjoy trees and learn about them. The site is currently under construction.

Zaitz Park - This 117 acre park is located on Southfield Road opposite the Cranbury Golf Course. It is the home of four recreational soccer fields used by the West Windsor-Plainsboro Soccer Association.
