Applicants Rodger and Natalya Dashevsky have requested Minor Subdivision approval, relief from prior conditions and a front yard setback variance in order to subdivide a 1.16 acre property into two lots.  The subject property is located at 51 Remington Circle, designated as Block 22.01, Lot 24 on the West Windsor Township Tax Map and falls within the R-20 Zoning District where residential lots of 20,000 s.f. are permitted.   The newly proposed lots are approximately 24,480 s.f. and 25,914.99 s.f.
