Avalon Bay Communities, Inc., seeks combined preliminary and final site plan approval and waiver approvals in order to implement various signage, landscaping and other improvements at its existing luxury apartments community, Avalon Watch, on property located at 1000 Jamie Brooks Lane/200 Clarksville Road and known as Block 15, Lot 4 on the tax maps of the Township of West Windsor.  These site improvements constitute relatively minor revisions to the original approval of Avalon Watch, which approval was granted by the Township of West Windsor Planning Board on July 9, 1986 and memorialized by resolution on August 23, 1986.
