Amended Preliminary/Final Major Site Plan

The Renaissance at West Windsor, a neighborhood of 156 single-family detached retirement homes located on Old Trenton Road near Dorchester Drive, proposes site amenity changes. These changes include the addition of fitness equipment to the proposed trail system and trail system improvements, the addition of a floating dock and observation patio at the retention pond, the addition of an amphitheater in lieu of the proposed putting green, and an increase in landscaping volume along the drainage easement.
