Minor Site Plan

The Applicant seeks minor site plan approval for collocation of antennas at a centerline height of 137’ on a transmount to be added to the existing 128’ high electric lattice tower.   A 4’ lightning rod at the top of the transmount will feature a maximum height of 151’.  Applicant proposes an 11’ x 30’ equipment shelter.  The 12.89 acre property is known as GPU First Energy Transmission Line Tower #114, Old Trenton Road, Block 33, Lot 10.  The Township of West Windsor owns this property located in the PRRC (Planned Residential Retirement Community) Zone.
