Establishing Redevelopment Ad Hoc Committees to analyze and review redevelopment issues and materials
The West Windsor Township Council approved a resolution at their August 20th, 2007 Business Session endorsing the creation of two Ad Hoc committees, The Redevelopment Finance Committee, and The Infrastructure/Traffic Committee. The purpose of these Ad Hoc committees is to fully analyze financial and traffic/infrastructure issues and to review materials in preparation for the educational presentations which will be held on October 11th, October 22nd, and November 7th, 2007. These committees will report to the Mayor and Council.
1. The Redevelopment Finance Committee will be compromised of Mayor Hsueh or designee, Council members Linda Geevers and Charles Morgan, the Township Tax Assessor, the Township Chief Financial Officer, J. Robert Hillier or designee, members of the Economic Research Associates (ERA) and three members of the public. The Mayor and Council representatives will agree upon the public membership of this committee.
2. The Infrastructure/Traffic Committee will be compromised of Mayor Hsueh or designee, Council members Heidi Kleinman and George Borek, the Township Engineer, J. Robert Hillier or designee, one or more members of Orth-Rodgers and Associates (ORA), one member of the Planning Board and three members of the public. The Mayor and Council representatives will agree upon the public membership of this committee.
Applications for the Ad Hoc Redevelopment Committees are available in the Municipal Building and on the Township's web site. Applications are to be submitted to the Township Clerk's Office no later than 5pm on Thursday, September 14, 2007. Questions can be addressed through the Clerk's Office by calling 799-2400.
