Request for Public Records - Police Records

To obtain Police records under The New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA) please fill out the Request for Public Records form and return it to the Clerk’s Office for processing or you can obtain the form from  the Clerk’s Office, located in the Township Municipal Building, 271 Clarksville Road between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
