Third Quarter Taxes are due August 1, 2011 with the grace period extended to August 30, 2011.
PAYMENTS RECEIVED AFTER AUG 30 WILL BE CHARGED INTEREST FROM AUG 1 (NJSA 54:4-67)
Property Tax payments are due on the 1st of February, May, August and November. You will only receive one tax bill each year in July. No other bills are sent throughout the year.
Sewer Rent payments are due on the 1st of March and September. A postcard bill will be mailed to you 25 days prior to both due dates.
** Payments may be mailed or dropped off anytime. Our mailing address is: West Windsor Township, P.O. Box 38, West Windsor, NJ 08550. There is a locked box to the right of the main entrance of the Municipal building for after-hours convenience.
Reminder: Please notify us of any changes in your mortgage information (e.g. paying off a mortgage, refinancing or any other change of servicing). Call the tax office at 799-2400 ext.241 to ensure that your tax records are the most accurate and up-to-date.
