TEMPORARY PART-TIME SECRETARY I
The Temporary Part-Time Secretary I supports the Community Development/Code Enforcement Division answers Code Enforcement calls, interacts with applicants and office personnel. The Secretary is responsible for assisting applicants with inquiries regarding U.C.C. Code requirements, updates the database with new applications, permits, certificates and inspections. This position requires collection of permits, violations and sewer lateral fees. This individual should be able to create correspondence and documents using Microsoft Word, maintains Department Files and manages stressful situations in a professional manner. Qualifications: HS Diploma, Ability to perform the duties as outlined in the West Windsor Township Job Description.
