Records Clerk I- Police Department
West Windsor is seeking a Full-time Records Clerk 1 for the Police Department. This position is responsible for the maintenance of record systems; for classifying, coding and storing official Police Department data used for investigative and referral purposes.  Provides basic clerical and secretarial support. Performs accurate and timely entry of motor vehicle violations, accident reports and alarm permits. Responsible for copying and filing accident reports with the NJ Department of Transportation.  Works with multiple systems including: Record Management Systems, NCIC (National Crime Information Center), CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), POSS (Police Officer Scheduling System), and NJ Department of Motor Vehicles.  Provides Motor Vehicle Accident, Operations, Investigation or Arrest reports to insurance companies and/or individuals upon request under OPRA.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or its equivalent and one year of office/clerical experience. Proficient communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with the public. Strong computer and communication skills and the ability to work independently, accurately and confidentially. Read, write, speak , understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of the position.
Salary: $42,054-$60,894                

Accountant
The Township is seeking to hire a qualified individual who is responsible for the maintenance of the finance account system including cash receipts, disbursements, statement reconciliation, subsidiary journals, general ledger, various financial updates, and special projects. This position will maintain and process daily receipts from Trust, Current, Pool Utility, and Capital Funds, analyze accounts for the nature and accuracy of transactions, generate 1099INT year-end statements for Cash Performance Guarantee; work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, auditor, and Department Heads on all matters pertaining to the financial and escrow systems of the Township.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in accounting, finance, business administration or related field. Experience may be substituted for a college degree. Two years of responsible accounting/bookkeeping experience.  Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working towards certification preferred. Valid NJ Driver's License.
Salary Range: $59,724.39-$81,070.97

Finance Clerk 1- Finance Division-Full Time
West Windsor Township is seeking a Finance Clerk 1 who is responsible for supporting the Finance Division and Office of the Tax Collector. The work is to be performed under the general supervision of the Chief Financial Officer and the Tax Collector and/or designee. Provides secretarial, clerical, bookkeeping and accounting support to the Finance Division. Greets the public at Finance window, takes payment and records payments, receive and sort incoming mail, minor and complex computer work and correspondence, collect and record tax sewer rent revenues, update and maintain various Finance spreadsheets, prepare deposits, post payments issue receipts. 
Qualifications or Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalency degree, proficient knowledge of computers, cash handling experience, excellent customer service communication skills, office/accounting experience preferred. Flexibility to undertake a variety of assignments.
Salary Range: $42,054.10-$60,894.95

Municipal Court Administrator
West Windsor Township is seeking a full time Municipal Court Administrator. Under the direction of the Municipal Court Judge, responsible for performing quasi-judicial and administrative functions related to the operation of a municipal court; does related work as required. Plans, develops, coordinates, and implements procedures for the efficient and effective operation of the court. Instructs office staff on activities related to the implementation of court rules, state statutes, local ordinances, and local court policies. Provides and/or arranges for training for all office staff in their respective functions and cross-trains staff in court operations. Prepares or supervises the preparation of monthly summary and statistical reports as required by the Township and the Administrative Office of the Courts. Required to adhere to the Code of Conduct for Judiciary Employees.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college granted in an area related to criminal justice, court administration or law enforcement; or Equivalent of two years of credit from an accredited college and at least three years of municipal court management; or High School Diploma or its equivalent and five years of municipal court management. Successful completion of the course requirements established by the Administrative Office of the Courts; or in the process of successful completion of course requirements to attain certification as a Municipal Court Administrator issued by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Salary Range: $59,380-$120,698
