Municipal Court

West Windsor Municipal Court will be closing November 14, 2025, at 12:30 PM and will reopen and resume court operations prior to 3:30 PM.

Court Sessions:
West Windsor Municipal Court is currently operating with a combination of virtual and in-person sessions. Some cases require an in-person session such as:

  • DUI Pleas
  • Trials
  • Criminal Cases that involve domestic violence
  • Criminal cases that could have potential jail time

Court sessions are held every Wednesday first session begins at 9:15 AM and second session begins at 1:00 pm.

Parking sessions are held every 4th Wednesday of the month at 12:00 pm and require an in-person appearance. Should you require a virtual zoom session please reach out to the court at 609-799-0915. If you have proof of payment for parking you must bring copies with you, as cell phones are not permitted into the court room.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Violation Window/Payment Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Citizen complaints are taken everyday with the exception of Wednesdays when court is in session anytime before 3:00 pm.
