Owners are encouraged to look beyond the front entrance to ensure maintenance on the reverse and side frontages- the area on the rear and side of the property, such as grass strips, curbside spaces, and sidewalks, which intersects many community walkways. Clear debris, trim overgrown vegetation and low hanging branches to ensure safe passages for your neighbors and encourage healthy, active lifestyles for the community. Maintaining your curb is superb!
What You Can Do:
- Regularly sweep or clear sidewalks of fallen vegetation
- Trim bushes, trees, and grass along the sidewalks and curb
- Remove litter, debris, and any other obstructions
