During the COVID-19 crisis of 2020, many West Windsor public
and private groups came together to help our community.
Today, Mayor Marathe and the Township Council would like to publicly thank:
Thank you to all the Essential Workers who kept the families and businesses in West Windsor going throughout the Covid-19 crisis.
You allowed us to put food on our tables, heat and cool our homes, heal our wounds, take our medicines, and keep in touch with our loved ones and our workplaces. Without you it would have been a cold, dark, dirty, and hungry year. Thank you to each one of you:
- Supermarket and grocery store workers
- Delivery and postal workers
- Utility workers for electric, gas, water and communications
- Repair people
- Medical workers
- Day care workers
- Garbage collectors
- Recycling collectors
- Cleaning personnel
- Snow removal workers
- Construction workers
And all whose essential work kept us going.
